DFM provided Permit Expediting and Bond Management Services for this 475,000 SF mixed-use building which includes 431 luxurious residential units and additional retail space, including a 47,158 square foot Whole Foods, in the booming H St Corridor.  There is also 31,909 square feet of office space featuring WeWork, the innovative shared workspace network.
