We are providing Permit Expediting services for The Highline at Union Market, a mixed-used project by Level2 Development. The development, designed by Eric Colbert & Associates, will connect Union Market with the NoMa neighborhood.
The project will boast a modern-industrial design and will include 318 apartment units and almost 10,000 square feet of retail. The Highline will also feature a green roof, biorention facility, and will be LEED Silver. We have a lot of experience working on sustainable/LEED-Certified projects and are happy to be providing our Permit Expediting services for Level2 Development.
