The Historic Presevation Review Board recently approved Old City Development Group's newest project. The site is the Holzbeierlein Bakery, built Michael Holzbeierlein, a German Immigrant, in 1893. The warehouse will be transformed in a 56,000 square foot mixed use building, including 9 residential units and 41,000 square feet of office space. Old City has teamed up with PGN Architects to develop the property.
