Artis Senior Living, owner and developer of assisted living communities across the country, is opening two additional locations in the D.C. metro area. The company currently has communities in Great Falls, VA, and Onley, MD. The two new communities will be located in Arlington, VA, and Bethesda, MD.
The Arlington site will be in the Cherrydale neighborhood and will be a seven-story assisted living facility. Artis Living of Potomac, the Bethesda location, will be a 40,000 square foot one-level facility. It will serve as a home for those suffering from memory loss, including Alzheimer’s disease and other types of dementia.
Dry Utility Design & Coordination
Our team of Dry Utility Consultants is leading dry utility design and coordination efforts for both of these projects. While these projects are still years away from completion, it is important to get started on the dry utility design process very early on to prevent delays.
Our dry utility services include creating a dry utility plan, calculating load requirements, and coordinating existing disconnects with utility companies like Pepco, Dominion Virginia Power, NOVEC, Baltimore Gas and Electric Company (BG&E), Verizon, Comast, and many others.
