Meet Our Director of Environmental Compliance
Jim Collins is an environmental scientist with more than 30 years of broad-based technical and program/project management experience in both industry and government sectors. He has worked on a variety of projects addressing important aspects of several environmental statutes and regulations throughout much of his career, with a focus on surface water quality issues, and environmental assessment, analysis, and compliance. Jim joined DFM in 2013 and continues to impress our clients with his environmental compliance knowledge and efficiency.
