The Historic Preservation Review Board recently approved Old City Development Group’s newest project. The site is the Holzbeierlein Bakery, built by Michael Holzbeierlein, a German Immigrant, in 1893. The warehouse will be transformed into a 56,000 square foot mixed-use building, including nine residential units and 41,000 square feet of office space. Old City has teamed up with PGN Architects to develop the property.
