We’d like to take a moment to focus on our Dry Utility Design & Coordination Division. As dry utility design consultants, we help facilitate new utility services and upgrades for new and existing developments. We design, engineer, coordinate, and manage the entire process with electric, gas, cable, telecom companies, and internet service providers. We’ve worked on a variety of projects over the last couple of years that have been mentioned in our blog and we’d like to highlight a few of them again.
In 2018, we provided dry utility design and coordination services for The Adora, by Old City Development Group. The luxurious condominium features nine boutique units and ground-level office space and is located in the Shaw neighborhood of Washington, D.C.
We are providing dry utility design and coordination services for two assisted living facilities opening soon in Potomac, Maryland, and Arlington, Virginia. Our client, Artis Senior Living, is both the developer and owner of many assisted living communities across the country.
We previously provided dry utility design and coordination services for Harper’s Run by Beazer Homes, a new community of single-family homes in Leesburg, VA.
We have also provided services for several Wawa locations throughout D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. We’re excited to report that Wawa is planning to open several more stores in DC within the next couple of years.
