A brand-new Taco Bell restaurant is open and serving customers on Route 28 just outside of Manassas. Located at 11017 Nokesville Road in Bristow, Va., the new restaurant sits on the former grounds of Kline’s Drive-In.
We’re happy to share DFM Development Services will provide environmental compliance services for the property.
Construction for the new restaurant included the installation of several stormwater management facilities. These facilities will work to control and manage the quantity of runoff from the property and improve the quality of the stormwater runoff discharging from the site.
Our environmental compliance services team will provide an annual stormwater inspection for the property’s facilities to ensure they’re working as intended and comply with local requirements as well as the Virginia Stormwater Management Program.
