We are providing permit expediting services for a 49-unit affordable housing property complex at 5830 Georgia Ave NW. Petra Development is working to help current tenants, BBQ Bus Smokehouse, find a new location before they begin construction in October. The site is currently is one block from a Walmart and a mile away from the new Walter Reed Army Medical Center redevelopment.
