As many of you sandwich lovers know, Taylor Gourmet closed nearly all of its restaurants last year, including its location at the Wharf. This week, a new sandwich shop called Grazie Grazie opened in Taylor’s old space.
The new shop was opened by Casey Patton, the former owner of Taylor Gourmet, and seems to be a similar concept. Fans of Taylor Gourmet will also be pleased to know that some popular menu items from Taylor’s are included in the new Grazie Grazie menu.
We provided permit expediting and permit management services to Grazie Grazie and several other projects at the Wharf over the last couple of years. Do you need permits for a new business in DC, MD, or VA? Contact our permit expediting team at proposals@dfmdevelopment.com or call 703-972-8700.
