According to their website, Bartaco is inspired by beach cultures in southern California, Uruguay, and Brazil. The casual taco spot offers Mexican fusion street food and a variety of cocktails. The restaurant has locations throughout the east coast and just recently opened a new location in Ballston, Virginia.
