Georgetown University is expanding its student housing in D.C. – but the housing is not actually in Georgetown. The University is instead building an 11-story dorm building in NoMa, close to Union Station. The new project, located at 55 H St NW, will also feature ground-floor retail and plenty of outdoor space.
