We are expediting permits for LCOR’s new residential development in Union Market. The project site is located at 500-530 Morse St NE, right next to Gallaudet University. There will be over 20,000 square feet of retail space below the 280 residential units and the development will offer underground parking. SKI+I Architectural Design Group is the architect on the project and plan to include the Little Tavern on site. Little Tavern is a historic chain of D.C.-based hamburger restaurants, originating in the 1920’s.
