Permitting Services for 10-Acre Tenleytown Redevelopment

Roadside Development is partnering with Sekisui House to redevelop the Fannie Mae Campus in Northwest DC. The proposed nine-building redevelopment would include 700 residential units, a movie theater, offices, hotel, retail, and a Wegman’s Grocery Store. The designs have recently been tweaked a bit because of comments from the Historic Preservation Review Board (HPRB).

We’re excited to be providing permit expediting services for this 10-acre project in Tenleytown.
