Whether you’ve visited the Wharf or not, you’ve most likely seen pictures and heard about it. PN Hoffman and Madison Marquette launched Phase I of the Wharf, the Southwest Waterfront redevelopment, in Fall 2017. Phase II is currently in the works, and here’s what to expect:

- over 100 hotel rooms
- 2 parking garages with about 850 spaces combined
- 3 more waterfront buildings
- more open areas like the Grove and M St Landing
