Early signs suggest this year looks to be no different. BCN Homes, a custom home builder in Arlington, recently retained us to provide stormwater as-built certification services for four of their new properties currently in various stages of construction.
Located in the Waverly Hills, Ballston, and Cherry Dale neighborhoods, all four properties feature newly constructed stormwater management facilities. To ensure these facilities follow county requirements and those set by the Virginia Stormwater Management Program, we’ll work with BCN to complete stormwater as-built certifications.
Led by our Director of Environmental Compliance Jim Collins and our in-house professional engineer, the DFM team will examine the newly constructed stormwater facilities and then prepare and submit an as-built certification report on behalf of the builder for each property.
